1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the website of the Interdisciplinary Research Journal & Archives, also known as IRJAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, submit materials, create an account, purchase services, or interact with IRJAR’s publishing systems.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, readers, authors, reviewers, editors, contributors, institutions, partners, and customers who use IRJAR’s academic publishing, editorial, book publication, DOI, archiving, or related services.

Important notice

These Terms are provided for public website use and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel to ensure that they accurately reflect IRJAR’s actual operations, contracts, payment systems, publishing agreements, and legal obligations.

2. About IRJAR

IRJAR is an academic publishing and archiving platform that supports interdisciplinary research, scholarly communication, peer review, DOI registration, book publication, editorial support, and academic visibility.

IRJAR may provide academic publishing services directly or through trusted service providers, plugins, hosting systems, payment processors, indexing tools, DOI-related systems, or editorial workflows.

3. Use of the website

You may use the IRJAR website for lawful academic, educational, professional, editorial, research, publishing, and informational purposes. You agree not to use the website in a way that interferes with its security, availability, integrity, or reputation.

IRJAR may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time, including pages, forms, submission systems, payment features, article displays, author profiles, user accounts, archives, or editorial tools.

IRJAR does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser, device, plugin, or third-party system.

4. Manuscript submissions and publishing services

Authors may submit manuscripts, abstracts, books, chapters, research papers, review articles, essays, or other academic materials to IRJAR for consideration. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, DOI registration, promotion, or any specific editorial outcome.

By submitting material to IRJAR, authors confirm that they have the authority to submit the work and that the submission does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, institutional, ethical, or publication rights.

IRJAR may request revisions, formatting changes, supporting documents, plagiarism reports, ethical statements, author biographies, institutional affiliations, citations, references, publication fees, or other materials needed to evaluate or prepare a submission.

5. Author responsibility and academic integrity

Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, citation quality, ethical compliance, and integrity of their submissions. IRJAR may review submissions for quality and compliance, but responsibility for the content remains with the author or submitting party.

Authors must ensure that submissions:

  • Are original or properly authorized for publication.
  • Do not contain plagiarism, fabricated data, manipulated evidence, or misleading claims.
  • Properly cite sources, quotations, images, tables, figures, data, and third-party materials.
  • Respect research ethics, participant consent, confidentiality, and institutional requirements where applicable.
  • Do not contain defamatory, unlawful, hateful, abusive, or intentionally harmful content.
  • Disclose conflicts of interest, funding sources, and relevant acknowledgements where required.

IRJAR may reject, delay, withdraw, correct, retract, or remove content if concerns arise about authorship, plagiarism, copyright, ethics, research integrity, legal risk, or publication standards.

6. Peer review and editorial decisions

IRJAR may use editorial review, peer review, internal screening, formatting review, plagiarism assessment, or other evaluation methods depending on the type of submission and publication pathway.

Editorial decisions are made at IRJAR’s discretion. IRJAR may accept, reject, request revisions, recommend improvements, delay publication, decline publication, or withdraw a submission from consideration.

Reviewers, editors, and contributors are expected to act professionally, maintain confidentiality where applicable, avoid conflicts of interest, and provide fair, constructive, and academically responsible feedback.

7. Publication records, DOI, indexing, and archiving

Accepted publications may include public metadata such as author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, titles, abstracts, keywords, publication dates, references, DOI numbers, and other scholarly information.

Once a publication is released, its scholarly record may be indexed, archived, cited, downloaded, shared, or displayed by external platforms, libraries, search engines, databases, DOI systems, or academic services. IRJAR cannot guarantee removal from all external systems once metadata or publications have been distributed.

DOI registration and indexing may depend on third-party systems, metadata accuracy, technical processing, publisher requirements, and external platform timelines. IRJAR does not guarantee that every publication will be indexed by every database or search engine.

9. Fees, payments, refunds, and publication charges

IRJAR may charge fees for publication services, book publishing, editorial support, formatting, DOI-related services, special issue support, author services, training, consulting, or other academic publishing activities.

All applicable fees, payment deadlines, refund conditions, and service descriptions should be communicated before payment whenever possible. Payment of a fee does not automatically guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, editorial approval, or a specific publication timeline unless expressly stated in writing.

Area Terms
Publication fees Fees may support editorial administration, formatting, hosting, DOI-related processing, archiving, or publication preparation.
Refunds Refund eligibility may depend on the service stage, work already completed, transaction costs, and written agreements.
Payment processors Payments may be processed by third-party platforms subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

10. User accounts and profiles

IRJAR may allow authors, reviewers, editors, members, or users to create accounts or profiles. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

Users must not share passwords, impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, misuse author pages, upload harmful files, or attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.

IRJAR may suspend, restrict, edit, or delete accounts or profiles that violate these Terms, create security risks, contain false information, misuse the platform, or harm the reputation or operation of IRJAR.

11. Prohibited conduct

Users agree not to engage in conduct that harms IRJAR, other users, authors, reviewers, editors, partners, service providers, or the integrity of academic publishing.

12. Third-party services, links, plugins, and embedded content

The IRJAR website may include links to third-party websites, embedded content, payment processors, analytics tools, anti-spam tools, form plugins, advertising systems, DOI services, indexing platforms, social media pages, or external academic resources.

IRJAR is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, accuracy, availability, policies, or conduct of third-party websites or services. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of external platforms before interacting with them.

13. Email communications and notifications

By submitting forms, creating accounts, purchasing services, submitting manuscripts, or communicating with IRJAR, you agree that IRJAR may contact you about your inquiry, submission, account, review assignment, publication status, payment, editorial process, or related service.
