Authors should ensure that the manuscript is complete, original, properly cited, and ready for editorial assessment.

  • Tables, figures, images, and data are properly credited.
  • Third-party permissions have been obtained where required.
  • Ethics approval or participant consent is disclosed where applicable.

Title: Clear, accurate, and searchable.
Abstract: Approximately 150–250 words.
Keywords: Four to seven relevant keywords.
Author details: Full name, affiliation, country, email, and ORCID if available.
Manuscript body: Well organized with clear headings.
References: Complete, consistent, and properly formatted.
Ethics: Consent, approval, confidentiality, and conflicts disclosed where relevant.
Permissions: Third-party material cleared for use.
