02 / Repository route

Deposit an approved thesis or dissertation

This route preserves an already approved academic work. It is separate from a journal manuscript submission and does not imply a new peer review.

Eligibility and documents

  • A thesis or dissertation approved by an institution; identify the institution and degree.
  • Final PDF and an abstract; approval proof when required by the repository settings.
  • Author identity, rights and required declarations; ORCID and other metadata if available.

Repository steps

  1. Submit the approved work through the existing repository form.
  2. IRJAR verifies approval, rights, metadata and access permissions.
  3. The repository team decides on publication and DOI processing; PDF access follows repository settings.

Read the copyright and licensing policy and contact IRJAR about any deposit charges or restrictions before submission.
