IRJAR cannot guarantee removal from all external systems once metadata or publications have been distributed.

DOI registration and indexing may depend on third-party systems, metadata accuracy, technical processing, publisher requirements, and external platform timelines. IRJAR does not guarantee that every publication will be indexed by every database or search engine.

8. Copyright, licensing, and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific publication agreement, authors retain responsibility for the copyright status of the materials they submit. Authors must ensure they have permission to use any third-party content included in their submission, including images, charts, tables, long quotations, copyrighted documents, or previously published materials.

IRJAR may require authors to grant IRJAR a licence to review, edit, format, publish, host, distribute, archive, promote, index, and preserve accepted work. Specific licensing terms may vary depending on the journal article, book, chapter, special issue, or publication service.

Website design, branding, logos, page layouts, original IRJAR text, editorial materials, databases, templates, and platform features may be owned by IRJAR or licensed to IRJAR.
